Healthy Heroes

Well, what a lovely half term we have been having in Beech Class! We have been very busy learning about the artist Ben Mosley and recreating our own abstract pieces of artwork in line with the topic Healthy Heroes as Ben himself was the creator of the Olympic memorial board and he was an expressionist artist.

We have enjoyed learning about all aspects related to The Olympics, various sporting activities both past and present. 

We have been exploring the story “Hungry Caterpillar” and the children have been very excited to learn about how a caterpillar turns into a butterfly.

They have all worked really hard this half term and looking forward to some exciting activities to celebrate the Jubilee.
