Catch Up Premium: COVID 19

In June 2020 the government announced £1 billion of funding to support children and young people to catch up on missed learning caused by coronavirus (COVID19). This was especially important for the most vulnerable pupils and pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds who we knew had been most affected.

Schools could use their funding in a way that suited their cohort and circumstances. The plan below details how we used the funds made available to the school for the benefit of pupils. The final catch up premium (COVID 19) allocation was made to schools in the summer of 2021 and this grant is no longer available to schools.
